"Push Commit..." may be slightly misleading since the command will use a dialog that offers setting up a remote tracking branch for the local branch that points to the commit, if there is one.

Use "Push Commit..." only if there is no local branch pointing to the commit, and "Push Branch..." otherwise. Then the menu item text corresponds to the dialog title and functionality of the dialog that will open.
