The help text for the headless builder should be shown if the workspace location is missing and the help text should also include a line about '-data' to specify the location of the workspace to ease usage of the headless builder for eclipse users.

I think the code part of this is done. Just a N&N entry about the need for the new bundle + the benefit of it.
