With the separation of APP4MC platform and the model migration component, the two modules are loosely coupled. But for some scenarios it is useful to directly trigger a model migration. To avoid unnecessary dependencies, an event based mechanism should be introduced.

This mechanism can then directly be used when opening an editor for a model file that exists for a version that does not match the version supported by the current editor.
