I updated to 6.0.0.20180410 and given what I found, the PHP Project Explorer view is no longer available, now it's the general Project Explorer that is to be used. The Project Explorer filter "Non-PHP Projects" doesn't work properly, it hides ALL projects including my PHP Projects. This was working with the PHP Project Explorer of the 6.0.0.20180326 and as far as I know my projects are properly configured with PHP nature
