This is only an issue for Oxygen.3.

As Nick pointed out from some error logs. When ASM 5.2 and ASM 6 exist together, uses constraints violations can occur because the 5.2 bundles don't contain an upper bound to exclude 6.0.

This is only an issue in Oxygen.3 as ASM 5.2, and 6 only both exist there. 5.2 was removed from Photon. I can have a fix for Oxygen.3a.
