Papyrus Oxygen stream commit 5d497206f4c54227573623f3baddaaf7b359ec2e (3 May 2017)

The org.eclipse.papyrus.views.properties.feature feature has only the org.eclipse.papyrus.views.properties bundle.  It should (I think) have at least

* org.eclipse.papyrus.views.properties.model.xwt

also because this is required to resolve references from Sections in a context model to XWT resources.

I don't know about the org.eclipse.papyrus.views.properties.toolsmiths bundle.

The absence of the XWT model breaks JUnit tests in Papyrus-RT because our build target platform (and run-time configuration generally) that is now based on Papyrus Oxygen does not install this xwt bundle.
