When we will remove PHP Explorer view users will see empty view with error log about missing view. We will need a way to migrate PHP Explorer into Project Explorer in such case.

The easiest way will be to keep dummy PHP Explorer view which on creation will open Project Explorer and close itself. 

Any other ideas?
