In order to better support launching multiple configurations at a time, we need a multi-launch launch configuration type that allows you to select multiple combinations of mode, descriptor, target and launch them in parallel. We can take inspiration and maybe code from the Launch Group type.

The idea would be to use the selectors in the launch configuration tab and add rows of them. We will likely need to change the selectors so that they can be reused in that context and more.
