Luna documentation describes wikitext usage by special maven plugin [1]. Unfortunately maven repository contain only one (old) unusable jar :(

When reading this Bug and Bug 421551, I missed the important information:

Wrong documentation is really bad. Until Bug 421551 is fixed, my opinion is that the current page should mention the mylyn-snapshots repository, because this is the only way to get something from a maven repository.
